Robust, versatile floodlights
Robust enclosure, high-quality materials – R. STAHL's Ex floodlights can be used almost anywhere.

Whether you need a spotlight, searchlight or worklight, with R. STAHL's floodlights, you are equipped for any task in Ex Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22.
Series 6125 floodlights are suitable for gas group IIC. Thanks to the ballast, which has been designed specially for R. STAHL, they can be used at ambient temperatures between -60 °C and +60 °C. Specialist materials for the optics and glass pane increase the luminaire efficacy.
Series 6125 and 6525 LED floodlights are highly efficient and low-maintenance and have a long service life. Using suitable installation accessories, both floodlights can also be used as pendant light fittings or high bay lights.

  • Series 6125: LED floodlights with a luminous flux greater than 23,000 lm, stainless steel enclosure (optional seawater-resistant stainless steel 316L), wide-, medium- or narrow-beam floodlight, wide temperature range between -60 °C and +60 °C
  • Series 6525: The range of Zone 2 6525 floodlights covers everything from variants for Asia and the Middle East, which feature the Ex nR type of protection, to products for Europe and for users who want to keep installation and maintenance costs low using the Ex ec type of protection

Ex Floodlight LED Series 6125/2 R. STAHL

Floodlight LED Series 6125/2

  • LED high-power floodlight with power consumption of up to 225 W
  • Wide-range voltage input between 110 V and 277 V (50 Hz and 60 Hz)
  • Suitable for operation in central battery systems and DC mains (176 V to 264 V DC)
  • Three wattage classes are available: 100 W, 160 W and 225 W
  • An enclosure made from stainless steel 316L is also available for marine and offshore applications.
  • Optionally available with DALI interface

Floodlight LED Series 6525/22 (Ex ec)

  • Checked and approved in accordance with Ex ec type of protection, so vapour tightness test is not applicable
  • Stainless steel enclosure as standard for a long service life and safety even under harsh ambient conditions
  • Extremely wide range of ambient temperatures – between -60 °C and +60 °C
  • Robust design with IK10 and IP66
  • Wide-range input with optional 100 V to 277 V
  • DALI versions available for lighting control, monitoring and switching
